Cardio Kickboxing
Our Cardio Kickboxing program is an action packed fitness session that will burn up to 850 calories per hour.
You will learn real kickboxing techniques and we include self defence in our program. Our classes are held in a clean friendly fun environment for beginners to advanced students. The classes include cardiovascular training that will help you tone up, improve core strength and loose weight through resistance training.
